Privacy policy

In short: we keep only what is needed to build your route and pass a tour request on. We do not sell data and we show no ads.

What we collect

Without an account. The site is readable and the app usable without signing up. In that case we keep only the technical: the server's request log (IP address, time, page address) — like any website, to protect against abuse.

An account. On sign-up we store your e-mail, name (if you gave one) and the sign-in method (e-mail, Google or guest). With Google sign-in we receive only your e-mail and name from Google — your Google password never reaches us.

Your data in the service. Saved routes, favourite places and tours, reviews and photos you submitted. Photos and reviews are published only after a moderator has looked at them.

Route planning. To build a route the app asks for a starting point (an address or coordinates), which is stored with the request. Your location is not tracked continuously.

Tour requests. The name, phone number and comment from the request form. We pass these to the tour operator so they can contact you — see below.

Statistics. We count anonymised funnel steps (plan shown → tour opened → request sent). No third-party trackers, no advertising identifiers, no selling of data.

Who we share data with

One recipient — the partner tour operator (phuket-tropic-tours), and only when you yourself send a tour request: they receive the name, phone number and text of the request in order to contact you. We pass nothing to anyone else.

Where and for how long

Data is stored on a rented server in a European data centre, with daily backups. Your account and everything tied to it is deleted on request; deleting a review or a photo is available right in the app.

Cookies

The site sets one cookie — your chosen language. The staff panel uses a session cookie for signing in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, a correction, or full deletion of your account. Writing to us is enough.
